Matt joined Quintain in 2007 and was elected to the Board in August 2024. He leads Project Management and Construction delivery at Wembley Park, Quintain’s 85-acre flagship development in North West London. Matt has specific responsibilities for design management, procurement and construction ensuring Quintain’s innovative developments are delivered whilst satisfying Quintain's exemplary Health and Safety practices, ambitious Sustainability objectives and excellent build quality standards. Matt is passionate about leaving a lasting legacy beyond buildings. He is a keen advocate of Quintain’s School Engagement Programme and chairs the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Steering Group.
