Claire Bristow is Head of People for SCAPE group and has responsibility for the People Strategy across the group of companies. Claire has extensive experience of People leadership driving across the built environment and housing sectors through her roles at SCAPE and Nottingham City Homes. She has led workforce strategies supporting construction and housing delivery at scale, shaping inclusive cultures, strengthening apprenticeships, and promoting diversity through initiatives such as Women in Construction. Claire is passionate about gender equality and early talent opportunities and has led teams nationally recognised for employee engagement, EDI, apprentice awards and employability services.
