Debbie Plavinskas is a Senior Design Manager with over 15 years of international experience across the UK and United States construction industry. With a foundation in civil engineering, she has led design, project delivery, and ESG initiatives, bringing strong technical expertise in how buildings are conceived, constructed, and operated. She holds ESG credentials and is a WELL AP, WELL Faculty Member, IWBI Community Concept Advisor, and BREEAM AP. Debbie is deeply committed to embedding sustainability, wellbeing, and inclusivity from concept through construction, with a strong focus on creating healthy environments not only for end users, but also for the site-based construction workforce championing air quality, inclusive safety, and dignity on site as core components of responsible development.
