Monica Pesconi is an Operations Director with over 20 years’ experience delivering major international programmes across the UK, Italy, and Saudi Arabia. She has led planning, governance, and transformation initiatives on high profile projects including Expo Milan 2015, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and the London Olympic Park. Now based in Riyadh, Monica has been named as the Engineer for a large scale developments part of the Qiddiya programme, driving certainty, performance, and collaborative leadership.
