I’m a Learning and Development professional and with around 20 years’ experience across the construction industry. A big part of my work focuses on apprentices and early careers, making sure people joining the sector have clear pathways, practical support and real opportunities to progress. I work closely with teams across the business to build capability, strengthen leadership and ensure our development approach genuinely supports day to day operations. I’ve led a range of programmes, from leadership development to technical skills projects, and I hold Chartered Fellow status with both the CIPD and CMI.
