Joanna is Head of Customer Success and a member of the senior leadership team at IAND with 15 year’s experience leading transformation projects in tech companies and management consulting. She is responsible for helping infrastructure clients, including Network Rail & Anglian Water, deliver their supply chain strategies through digital transformation of their ecosystem management. Throughout her career Joanna has championed the adoption of tech and data-driven decision making to drive commercial, operational and social value outcomes.
