Hollie is a leading Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion specialist, delivering interventions for impactful change. Hollie began her career in the rail industry in and quickly progressed into a commercial role as a Quantity Surveyor before moving into a project management role delivering rail signalling projects.
Her curiosity led her to ask why she was the only female PM, and then to offer to help her then-employer to accelerate their EDI journey. In 2016, Hollie was voted one of the 20 most inspirational women in rail by Women in Rail. She went on to lead the business to achieve its first external accreditation, “Investors in Diversity” (IID), within 18 months, and indeed retained their certification, winning “Engineering Company of the Year” two years in a row. Hollie represented her organisation on various client-led industry forums, significantly the Rail Industry Association and National Highways Supplier Diversity Forum.
Hollie joined GRAHAM 5 years ago, she has led the achievement of the Leaders in Diversity Gold Award, the appointment of over 100 FIR Ambassadors across the GRAHAM Group, and the emergence of several staff networks – which all help drive cultural transformation as well as providing a sense of belonging for staff. Hollie has been recognised as an impressive influencer championing the company to achieve several Diversity Awards including the Investors in People, Diversity & Inclusion award and was judged as the Number one company in the National Centre for Diversity’s Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces 2024 and number two in 2025.
