Sam has a background spanning finance, construction, retail, and supply chain, progressing into senior operations leadership roles before specialising in Human Resources. Now leadership board level, she has led the design and execution of strategic HR initiatives that position people strategy as a driver of business performance. A CIPD Award winner and regular speaker at industry events and on podcasts, Sam is passionate about developing workplaces where people and performance thrive. She is currently undertaking doctoral research into Gen-Z in the workplace, exploring values, identity, and evolving definitions of success in the future of work.
