Judges will want to see how the initiative improved recruitment, and how its success was measured. It does not have to be a new initiative, but the outcomes should be specific to the 12 months prior to June 2024.

Throughout 2024, the Wernick Group has significantly transformed their recruitment process to ensure they find the right candidates for the right roles, retaining them throughout their careers. Wernick believe in building lasting relationships with candidates, respecting their goals and aspirations, and creating an excellent first impression. To support this vision, Wernick has established a new recruitment department. This team is equipped with a state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline and enhance hiring processes across national operations.
