We are proud that our first cohort of 16 new hires, is made up of 75% from a Black, Asian or Mixed Heritage background and 37.5% female. Academically, 75% attended comprehensive or grammar school and 31% will be sponsored through a master’s programme (paid via the apprenticeship levy).

Kilnbridge

Our scheme is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the engineering industry. Graduates should demonstrate exceptional ability, motivation and academic success and be keen to work alongside industry specialists. We encourage an open-minded approach to your own learning and development and reward self-starters. Ultimately, our goals is for our graduates to aspire to careers with us after their programme ends. Our aim for the programme is for graduates to view it as equally useful as their initial, formal education to their long-term success.
