Charity partner
We are proud to announce as our partner charity, Mates in Mind.
Mates in Mind is a leading UK charity which works with organisations in higher-risk industries to provide effective, proactive interventions which support the mental health of employees to prevent them from reaching the point of crisis, because everyone matters.
The impact of work-related stress, other life events, and personal vulnerability, can adversely affect mental health. There is growing recognition that this can lead to a range of issues including diminished focus or disengagement from both work and life, which can sadly lead to increased levels of suicide.
Mates in Mind work with organisations to provide the skills, clarity, and confidence to raise awareness, improve understanding, implement effective interventions, and address the stigma of mental ill-health, so that no-one reaches crisis point and good mental health becomes everyone’s responsibility.

On average 2 construction workers die by suicide every day.
