Pooja is the Head of People Experience for Pick Everard, a national multi-disciplinary consultancy working within the property, infrastructure and construction industry. Pooja’s role supports her in putting people at the heart of what Pick Everard do by listening to people’s experiences. With experience in Talent Attraction, Learning and Development, HR operations and Business Partnering, Pooja has been able to champion and drive effective people practices resulting in enhanced business performance. Coming from a diverse background herself, Pooja is extremely passionate about diversity and inclusion and has previously led on the implementation of effective EDI practices.
