Joanna is Head of Customer Success and a member of the senior leadership team at IAND with 15 year’s experience leading transformation projects in tech companies and management consulting. She is responsible for helping infrastructure clients including Network Rail & Anglian Water deliver on the supply chain strategies through digital transformation of their ecosystem management to deliver on commercial & social value goals. Throughout her career Joanna has championed inclusive working practices from recruitment and team building through to project delivery and performance management. She strongly believes that diverse organisations and their supply chains are fundamental to high performing organisations.
